The introduction of this support program document presents three parts:

1 - Benchmarks for the implementation of a sequence.
Implement an educational approach in the spirit of the renovation of science and technology and the programs in 2002. For this, five key moments are identified, essential to thoughtful investigation of students. This approach follows the principles of unity and diversity.

2 - The status of the literature and ICT.
Specifies how literature can and should be supplementary to an approach that led to the questioning of knowledge through experience. What documents, when to use them, what complementarity between objects / real phenomena and documentation are all aspects developed here.

3 - Science and Language.
Even if the language is not subject to the first study, the student gradually builds language skills (oral and written) at the same time as developing his thought by going back and forth between the teacher organizes observation of reality, Action on the actual reading and writing production. The oral, the transition from oral to written, the writing itself are specified in their shapes, functions. The Book experiments privileged place of writing for oneself, it is also stated in its forms and functions as well as the possible role of the teacher can have in this development. A place is also reserved for intermediate written, allowing the passage of the "I" to "we" and access to the generalization and documents of the class, developed with the master from previous writings produced by the students.
